Fukazawa Kensaku
“Bubble boom” was named in 1987. I was born in 1978 and strongly suffered from the memories around this time. Plastic toys and environment surrounded by cheap bright fake flowers or decorations.
These were just chaotic noise to me, but I also felt like these artificial decorations exsist to help us to escape from anxiousness and obsession.
My parents were having an own bussiness at a resort and that environment took me to art field.
The border line between gorgeousness and nihility, relation between decoration and noise are always troubling me.
